About the Series
The recent works are abstract interpretations of Spring Magnolias, crafted through a method that marries the tactile with the transient. This process is an exploration of texture and color, aiming to capture not just the visual but the sensory spirit of Spring. As I combine green washes of color with the gritty texture of sand, I find myself weaving a narrative that's both personal and universal, a homage to the fleeting beauty of early blooms.
